Delivery and pickup

. My order has not arrived. What should I do?

The delivery address:

If your order has not arrived it could be that the delivery address has not been entered correctly. 

Please check your delivery address and zip code that was entered when you placed the order.

The mailbox:

Your order may have been delivered to your neighbors. Did you receive a "not at home" message? 

Then the package has been delivered to the neighbors or the deliveryman has scheduled a new delivery moment.

. What are the shipping costs?

When processing your purchase, you will see the available shipping methods, the cost and the delivery date of your 

order. Shipping costs may vary. All orders over €50.- will be shipped for free.

Arrow Bow Europe has an exclusive partnership with UPS . The shipping times depend on the 

availability of the product. When it is in stock, it will be shipped on the same

. Is track and trace available?

Track and Trace is available. You can use the link provided with your invoice to follow your order.

. Can I change my address after I have placed an order?

. How does free delivery work?

All orders above €50.- will be delivered for free.

. Part of my order has not been delivered. What should I do?

Don't panic, via the website you can click on the yellow circle at the bottom right. From there you can contact

. What should I do if my package arrived damaged?

Once your order is received by us and shipped, you will receive your invoice via email. 

(You will not receive an invoice immediately after placing your order)

. How do I pay with iDEAL?

When you choose iDEAL as your payment method, you will see a list of different banks. 

You have the possibility to pay by iDEAL 

pay if you use internet banking at ABN AMRO, ASN Bank, Friesland Bank, ING, Rabobank, SNS Bank, SNS Regio Bank,

Van Lanschot Bankiers and Triodos Bank. 

Select the bank where your checking account is held. 

Click on 'Continue', this will automatically redirect you to the internet banking environment of your bank. 

Log in in the way you are used to and complete your order.

Do not forget to return to the site after payment. Here is your order completed and you will see a confirmation of 

your payment. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation.

. How do I pay with Paypal?

To pay with Paypal you need a Paypal account. This you can create for free on their website. 

When you want to pay at the checkout, you can choose different payment methods. Choose here for 'PayPal'.

Why Paypal?

It is easy, all you need is an email address and password.

It is safe, you can store at thousands of websites without disclosing your bank details.

. How does the refund work after a return?

If you return your items, the amount will be credited back to your bank. 

Please note! For payment methods such as PayPal, the amount will be refunded to your PayPal account.
