GLS Parcel Service is warning of delays of several business days. This is caused by the large crowds at the moment and the tightness in the labor market which prevents them from recruiting enough delivery drivers. As a result, the delivery of packages may unfortunately also be delayed. It may take several days before packages are processed in the central depot of GLS and until then you will not see any data in the tracking.
So if you want to place a new order with us, please keep in mind that the delivery may be delayed. If your order is already on its way and has been delayed, please contact our customer service for more information.
